If you want mind blowing results and to push your body to peek physical health then you’re ready for P90X®. This extreme home fitness system will keep your body moving with 12 uniquely different routines all designed to get you ripped in just 90 days.

All the experts said we’d be lucky to sell 50 of these things from the infomercial. Years later P90X is the most popular and most proven workout program ever put on dvd. You can pay monthly for gym memberships and a trainer, or you can pay one time for P90X and have me as a coach for FREE! Contact me today.

When Dad wanted to switch to P90X I was a little concerned. I wouldn’t say I was pessimistic, I just didn’t want him to get injured and set himself back.

He took to it like a duck to water and has been getting stronger and stronger every since. His arms are looking great and the weight has been steadily falling off except for the time period between starting P90X and quitting smoking when he gained some of the weight back. Since then, however, he is on the right path and feels better than he did at age 25. Let’s just say he’s a lot older than that now.

P90X needs to be modified for drivers and/or your truck will need to be modified to make it work for you. Everyone has seen the success stories of P90X and if you haven’t type P90X into YouTube and see what happens. This program is highly modifiable and CAN be made to work for you. I will be posting how to modify it in future posts. For now, know that you can get us on the phone, facebook, or email if you need help modifying it to fit your needs.

P90X, aptly named if you ask me. It can be an intimidating thing when you first start lol.

It certainly is when you first start. I tell people to remember to pace themselves, don’t get all jacked up about the numbers, and make sure to eat well after their workout and drink lots of water. When you make it through the first week, the next few get easier.
